The NPTA Training Center is a full-time, family-oriented, professional martial arts training facility.  The schedule includes morning, afternoon, and evening classes, six days a week.  Special kids-only classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a specialized curriculum.  Training is offered in traditional Chon-Hon form Taekwondo (Traditional), modern Pilsung form Taekwondo (modern), Okinawan Kobudo, MaPhilIndo Silat, and Yang-style Tai Chi. 

The NPTA Training Center is the National Headquarters of the NPTA, and is under the instruction of Master Instructor Dan Perry, founder of the NPTA.  With approximately 1500 square feet of space, the NPTA Training Center offers many amenities rarely seen in the Springfield, MO area.  These features include: separate men and women changing areas and bathrooms; a fully matted training floor; National and International ranking; interactive website; closed-circuit TV system to waiting room; private office; home of Just-4-Kicks Demonstration Team; nationally-certified instructors; and the area's only full-service Martial Art Pro Shop.

Master PerryTraining Center News

Master Perry is a 6th Degree Black Belt under GrandMaster Kang Rhee (Memphis, TN), and is the World Black Belt Bureau Ambassador for Greene County, MO.  The founder of the National Progressive Taekwondo Association, Master Perry is also the creator of the Pilsung form system of Taekwondo.  Master Perry is a licensed nurse in the state of MO, and a "Continuing Education" instructor for Ozarks Technical Community College.  He has authored numerous seminar and workshop manuals, including "Safe and Sound: A Family Guide to Self Defense."  Master Perry has over 35 years of Martial Art experience, and continues to train and teach daily at the NPTA Training Center.
